HOW TO COOK MILLER INSTANT RASAM

INGREDIENTS: Dal, Black Pepper,Chilli, Coriander, Asafoetida, Tamarind, Curry Leaves, Turmeric and Salt.

METHOD:

1.Boil tomatoes with garlic in 2-3 cups of water.

2. When cooked, add 2-3 Tbsp MILLER rasam mix and boil for 5-6 minutes.

3. Add coriander leaves.Temper with Mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves. Serve hot.


MILLER Rasam powder and salt can be added more to suit your taste.
