HOW TO COOK MILLER INSTANT KOTTAYAM FISH MASALA
INGREDIENTS: Red Chillies, Turmeric, Fenugreek and Salt.
1.Make a paste of 5 Tbsp MILLER masala with enough water.
2. In a pan, add coconut oil and put chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves. Fry & stir for a minute on low flame.
3. Add the MILLER masala paste and fry for a minute on slow flame. Add 400 ml water and kokum ( kodampuli ). When it boils, add 500 gms fish and cook till done. Add coconut oil and garnish with curry leaves.
MILLER Instant Kottayam fish masala and salt can be added more to suit your taste.
