HOW TO COOK MILLER INSTANT SAMBAR
INGREDIENTS: Dal, Chilli, Coriander, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Tamarind, Curry Leaves, Turmeric and Salt.
METHOD:
1.Take 3 Tbsps of the MILLER Instant Sambar powder and mix it with warm water.
2. Cook around 250 gms of vegetables in 2 to 3 cups of water with 3/4 tpsp MILLER Turmeric powder and add tomatose and ladies finger.
3. Then, add the MILLER Sambar mix and boil for 3-4 minutes along with the cooked vegetables. Add coriander leaves. Temper with Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
MILLER Sambar powder and salt can be added more to suit your taste.
